Shipping & returns

Delivery

All orders are packed and shipped from Belgium. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day.

• Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg — 2–3 working days
• France, Germany — 3–4 working days
• Rest of Europe — 4–6 working days

Shipping is free on orders over €75. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Returns

You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Email vijayendra.gv@springcoton.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the return arriving with us.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, return the original item and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get the right piece to you.
