Shipping & returns

Delivery

All orders are packed and shipped from Belgium. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

• Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg — 2–3 working days
• France, Germany — 3–4 working days
• Rest of the EU — 4–6 working days

Shipping is free on orders over €75. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Returns

Under EU law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days for unworn items.

To withdraw, email vijayendra.gv@springcoton.com with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form below. You pay the return shipping, unless the item is faulty.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using your original payment method.

For a different size or colour, return the original item and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get the right piece to you.

Legal guarantee

All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
